Non-radioactive end labeling of oligos

Have you thought about DIG labelled oligos? I have used them and they can be
very sensitive and Roche (which was Boehringer Mannheim) sell a kit for gel
shift assays - all you have to do is supply the protein and unlabelled oligos.
