Kinetic of RNA degradation

I try to find a message probably posted few months ago about the
kinetics of RNA degradation. I don't know why I cannot not go back the
old messages from my computer!

Can somebody help me : how fast is the degradation of a RNA (say from
20-mer to 100-mer) versus temperature in a buffer that does not contain
RNAse (but sometimes magnesium ions).
