mouse beta-actine PCR reaction

Hallo,
We do have a question about or beta-actine PCR. By using genomic DNA and
primers, which are in the coding of mouse beta-actin, we do get two
bands. Does somebody know whether beta-actin usually gives two bands and
for what reason. Are their pseudogenes known or is the homology with
other actin so high that this could be reason of it? We have seen it
several times.
