Titration of Adenovirus

Dear Biomethod subscribers:

I need a protocol for titering amplified adenovirus.  I have a modified
protocol from Current Protocols in Human Genetics, but it does not tell me
the amount of growth medium I infect the cells with the serial dilution of
100 ul.  I have no access to the Current Protocols of Human genetics.  I
appreciate your help with the full protocol.
