Hello,
Does anybody know a good software package to quantitate the level of
gfp expression in transfected cells using captured images from a video
camera?
Thanks
Mark

The AlphaEase 5.5 software from alphaiinotech.com can do repeat spot or area
measurements on many types of images. They also provide GFP filters and
excitation sources in their darkroom cabinets for all of the mutants.
NIH image is more complex, but free. Try a search for NIH Image to find the
site.
