[FUN] Dumbest lab experience

Back in the days of doing plasmid preps in CsCl gradients, a grad student
loaded the new vertical rotor, carefully torqued the caps and performed the
run.    He was concerned that a sample may have leaked because there was red
liquid all over the chamber.  Turns out he ran the gradients alright.  He
just never bothered to put them into tubes; just pipetted the samples right
into the rotor.  No wonder he asked for advice on how to pull the plasmid
band.
