Hi! When I looked at several papers I saw that when they used an oligoT primer to capture polyA RNA, the sequence looked like this T(30)N(2). Is it because of the synthesizing of the primer is better this way, or it improves the annealing properties of the primer? Csaba csakis at ki.se
