PCR optimisation

Hello,

I am looking for a good book / review / paper / Web site on the PCR
optimisation (not only the factors to be optimised in both end-point
an dreal-time quantitative PCR) but also the differences of results
(amplicons amounts) between optimised and non optimised PCR tests.

I am also looking for experimental design for such PCR optimisations.
