pET23d vector

Dear,

I've been trying to exprssion the human MHC class I gene that was cloned
into a pET 23d (NcoI-Xho I) but I have not been successcul expressing it
in eithter BL21(DE3) or BL21(DE3)pLys S.    I would appreciate if
anybody who has sucessfully expressed the human gene in the pET23d could
send me a clone so that I can use it as a positive control.
