Luciferase chromogenic substrate

I  might be asking a preposterous question, but i´ve asked so many  that
one more won´t hurt.
Is there a chromogenic substrate for luciferase? I guess it would be
some kind of luciferin derivative. I searched Medline but found nothing.
The rewards would be great for in vivo gene transfer.
If not, does anyone know of an antibody that works well for
inmunohistochemistry? A reference or protocol would be greatly
appreciated.
