Before running out to by a 7700 or a LightCycler, také a look at
the Rotor-gene from Corbett Research, it's only 2/3 of the price
ofa LightCycler and uses standard 200ul PCR-tubes.
And to Robert Hartley, The lightcycler capillaries does not need
the flamethrower :-( The have a small cap on each capillary.
Not as fun, but a lot smarter.
