Quantitative PCR

[Lluís Armengol]

    According to what I've read in the LightCycler (Roche) catalogue
they say that it is possible for this machine to perform "quantitative"
PCRs. Many people in my lab are interested in performing dosage studies.
Has anyone tried this machine for that purpouse?.
