pUNI: heard of?

[Bruno Cenni]

It's a set of plasmids the allow cloning with the CRE-lox recombination
system.

Check out Current Biology 1998, 8:1300-09 it's the paper from Steve
Elledge's lab describing the system.

If you hear of anyone using the system or having the actual plasmids I'd
be glad to know more about it.
