Hi A series of question about the ABI 394 1. What other manufactures reagents (Please send info) can you use beside perkin elmer reagents. 2. Has anyone done any form of dilution work, to try and use the minimalist amount of reagents to make DNA oligos. (Basically trying to be very efficient with the reagents). Many thanks in advance shaban
