just make your own standards.
buy some fluorescein-labeled dNTPs and make labeled PCR products.
just raid the lab for primers and templates that will get you a
set of PCR products of suitable sizes, mix the bits and pieces of
labeled DNA (make a gel first to find out how much of each PCR
product to put in your mix.
takes one day, with about half an hour hands-on time, and you'll
have a fluorescent size ladder that will last for years.
