detatch the protein from the resin

Hi, 
I express the GST fustion protein by pGEX vector and cleaved the fusion protein in the resin, but can not get the target protein, even the GST. When I ran the resin on the SDS gel, I found that both GST and my protein stayed in the resin. Does anyone have some suggestion to get the target protein off?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
