where do you purchase your restriction enzymes?

Our experience has been that RE's work with buffers from different suppliers
equally well.
NEB is a very good and cheaper source of many common and uncommon RE's. We
also use BRL's without problems.
I have personally substituted various buffers wih Pharmacia's "One-Phor-All
plus" (with their recommendations) and have seldom encountered problems.
