transfection with COS-1 cells

Hi,
I am about to do some transfections with COS-1 cells, using the
pTARGET expression vector from Promega but I do not have a protocol
to do that. Does anyone have protocol using this system? I would
really appreciate any help in this regard.

I want to know about the reagents that I need and a detailed protocol 
for the transfections with COS-1 cells.
