Tissue and DNA extraction from paraffin blocks

I want to extract tissue and DNA from paraffin blocks. The amount of
tissue is very
small, because it is tissue from fine needle punctures. Most of them
even are not of
one piece, but of many very small pieces. Maybe somebody has experience
with it
and can tell me how I can extract the tissue without losing too much of
the sample.
