Help with Biosycler oven

    I've got a Biosycler oven that I use for 50C incubations.  It looks 
like a toaster oven and has a green LED display on the right side where 
you can set the temperature up and down as well as a PCR cycling 
profile.  Someone messed with the settings and now I can't get it to 
reach temp.  It's set at 50 right now but just holds at room temp.  It's 
possible the heating element is broken but I wonder if it's the 
settings.  The problem is I don't have a manual so I'm only guessing 
what the buttons do.  Any advice?
