Here is my method:
1. Siliconize both plates (or glue one of them, if you want/can to
expose to film with the plate)
2. Clamp both plates together with the spacers. Put the plates totally
horizontal, on something, as a tube rack, tips box, etc. Don't use any
tape.
3. Pour the acrilamide with a syringe, slowly. The superficial tension
will fill up the plateds for you.
No dripping, no mess.
