With QiaAmp viral RNA we found even traces of RNA... In my opinion, Qiagen Kits work well in most cases, but they are expensive. I hope the people from Qiagen reduce their prices when reading this. With DNA-kits from the arforementioned companies I had some bad expieriences. This is another topic but it shows the strategy of the company. ;-) Dietrich
