Is the first time I'm preparing avidin-gold complexes. I'm having problems to remove the excess of nonadsorbed protein due to gold particles don't precipited correctly. I'm centrifugating nore than two hours at 50000 g. So my cuestion is: Has anybody ever prepared this kind of complexes. Thanks of all
