You can use standard AMV RT at 60C but it will die in about 5-10mins.
however if your target is short it would work.
Alternatives include Tth and Roche Diagnostics have another thermophile
that has Mg specific RT activity.
The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get
sliced from time to time....
