kinetics of cycloheximide

Dear helpfull friends,


I want to use CHX on 3T3 transfected cells to check a nuclear
accumulation hypothesis of a GFP fusion protein.
Litterature gave me a range of CHX concentration between 10µg/ml to
200µg/ml and no time consideration...
what's the best concentration of CHX to use and how long does it take to
observe a nuclear accumulation.
