need alot more detail here.  Did you run positive controls??/  Neg
controls?? what was the primary antibody and dilution.    Will
anti-mouse AP conjugate turn your color reagent purple (put .5 ul in 200
ul of color dev. solution.   You should always run lanes with positive
bands and also spot antigen onto blank part of nitrocellulose or another
test piece to test for positive color development.
