Hi, there:
I am going to optimize the conditions for transfecting NIH 3T3 cell
and Phoenix cell by using commercially available transfection
reagent. Does anybody have some suggestion such as which company's
reagent is better for these two kinds of cell line. And What is the
approximate efficiency. Thanks in advance.
