we would like to try gemonic cloning with the fosmid vector pfos1
(Nuceic Acids vol.20, 1083-1085, 1992). Does anyone have this vector or
know where we can get it? It is also recommended that this vector be
prepared in bacterical strain pop2136. Does any have this strain as
well, or is it possible to use another bacterial strain instead?
