yeast two-hybrid, random peptide

I am looking for advice on the latest and best commercial yeast two hybrid
systems. i would appreciate comments from anyone who has successfully used
a system and what to look out for when choosing and starting a system.

also, if anyone has used a random peptide library, either with or separate
from a yeast two hybrid system.  any advice welcome.
