I use,: Rapid and simple method for purification of nucleic acids. R.
Boom et al. Journal of Clinical Microbiology. Mar. 1990 p. 495-503.
for extracting my DNA it waorks well. Be careful with the TE if your
using high template volumes as the EDTA can inhibit PCR.
