Hi,
I am looking at the induction of IFN alpha and beta in murine
macrophages. Is there any way to quantify IFNa/b levels?
I have noticed that a lot of people demonstrate IFNa/b by either
Northern or inhibitory action of an antibody. Never real presence of the
protein by Western.
