cosmid sequencing

Yes, thats true also for my cosmid (pWE15, 0.5 microgram) containing
35 kb insert, prepared by standard alkaline miniprep procedure,
and sequenced with T3 & T7 primers and BigDye kit.

Also, I must admit that the sequence is not as clean as you normally
obtain with plasmids, but still it is readable <400-500 bases.
