dephosphorylate a protein in cell lysate

You're going to have a tough time dephosphorylating a protein
with a *nucleic acid* phosphatase.  Try potato acid phosphatase
(available from Roche).  You probably won't get complete
dephosphorylation in complete lysate, but I think you'll see
some kind of change on the Western.
