Hello,
I am having a hard time getting the in situ hybridization signal using an
anti-DIG tagged to Rhodamine (from Roche and Jackson Labs). Any ideas or
suggestions (or concerns you would like to share) will be greatly
appreciated.
Just for info: Things work great when I use an AP tagged anti-DIG
antibody and develop the colour with NBT/BCIP.
