Vascular endothelial/smooth muscle cDNA library

We are trying to look for proteins that interact with a potassium
channel that is expressed in the vascular endothelium and smooth muscle.
Has anybody got a yeast two hybrid cDNA library from such a source,
either from native tissue or from cultured cells? Failing that has
anybody got a cDNA library?
