Does anyone use a good field inversion gel electrophoresis system? I want to
resolve bands of about 20-50kb, but find that even 0.5% conventional agarose
gel electrophoresis is no good for me. I know Biorad sell a system, but its
expensive do you know of anyone else who sells one?
