The Millipore/Amicon concentrators work, but there is a large tolerance in 
the quoted Mw values - i.e. if you're quite close to the cut off, your 
protein of interest will probably go through.  e.g. cytochrome c (12kD) 
easily passes through their 10kD cut off device.  Costar/Corning makes a 
similar device too.
