Does anyone know if "competent" HB2151 E coli can be obtained anywhere? I am thinking of transforming (heat shock or electroporation) that with a plasmid for soluble scFv production in Pharmacia's RPAS system. If I can do this directly, I can by-pass having to transform TG1, phage rescue and phage infection of HB2151. Thanks for any advice.
