I would be leary of using rubisco...Isnt its expression light variable
and just too variable ??  What about actin or a ribosomal gene or
ubiqutin.  I used 16s ribosomal insert to normalize northerns and
everyone uses the gel pictures to claim even loading on a northern gel.
