The recipy there is similar to that described by Chiara Martellossi. I
myself was never able to differenciate DNA and RNA by colour, they are
both blue in my eyes. In contrast to Stains all stained proteins
(which are  light red colourd by the stain) the stain of nucleic acids
is relativ light stable: On a light box the colour of proteins
disappears within 30 second, while the colour of nucleic acids survive
at least five minutes.
