Long fragments of DNA and XL1 blue strain

Do you have experience with long frangments of DNA (>10Kb) and electroporation
with XL1 blue  strain? I have notice that some extrange rearragements can
happen. I have work a lot with shorter fragments (1-3Kb) and it is perfect.
Could you suggest me a strain for such a long  fragments?
