hi all, is there anybody who can confirm if Green Fluorescent Protein is helpful in screening homologous recombination in adenoviral vector cloning? If I co-transfect 293 cells with a shuttle vector expressing a gene of interest together with GFP, could I use fluorescence to screen the plaques? Any response is appreciated. Many thanks Marco Foschi
