Macherey and Nagel "NucleoSpin Extract"
using the protocol in the new "Atlas cDNA Expression Arrays"  user manual
(Clontech homepage) of clontech it works nicely.

Every other PCR-Clean-Up should work too.

Ever tried Superscript instead of the MMLV?
