If you dont have library, you can go to www.google.com and search for
RT-PCR, PCR,,, polymerase chain reaction. Try www.alkami.com . Also
go to manufacturers of RT-PCR kits. They have downloadable protocols.
May companies are selling so called real time quantitative pcr gadgets.
For instance in a few minutes I found a docs in www.lifetech.com on
their rt-pcr and quantitative pcr and rt-pcr kits.
