lacZ minus pET expression strain?

Hello All,

I am in search of a lacZ minus strain of E. coli
that is a lysogen for the DE3/T7 polymerase system
(and therefore can be used for pET expression)

The companies I've contacted don't have what I need.
I know it is possible to transduce either the polymerase
or a B-galactosidase deletion,
but if someone out there has already constructed 
such a strain, it would save me much trouble.
