Finding low homologies

Dear all

I have been trying to find homologs of my favorite protein, and Blast
finds quite a few. Using pfam, I find even more in the pfam-B group.
does anyone know how to judge the results you get from pfam? it it's not
in the "core"group but in pfam-B, does that still count?
