Need help on TLS to separate nucleotides

Hi 
	I am trying to separate adenosine, AMP, ADP,and ATP using TLC
on PEI-cellulose plate.  According to one method, I developed the
plate in acetic acid (1M) solution twice and then developed in LiCl
(1.2M) once, but I could not see any sample signal under UV 254 (short
UV length). If you have that experience on TLC to separate
nucleotides, could you please share them with me ar wang.508 at osu.edu.
