Endoglycosidase D

Endo D,  from Streptococcus pneumonia,  used to be made by Boehringer.  It 
has been discontinued.  However,  according to a Technical note from 
Prozyme(search in  www.Prozyme.com in the glycopro section),  Endo F3 
performs the identical cleavage as Endo D,  namely,  cleaving Man3chitobiose 
core structures attached to glycoproteins.  It's also recombinant and way 
cheaper than Endo D was.
