Many years ago I made some vectors containing a CAT gene taken from a plasmid known as pBRAT. Unfortunately I can't find a reference or sequence for pBRAT in my records. Is anyone familiar with this plasmid and could pass on some information? Thanks Neil Crickmore University of Sussex UK
