Has anyone used the Santa Cruz anti GAL4 DNA binding domain monoclonal primary antibody? I am using it in western blotting to detect expression of a fusion protein for use in the yeast two hybrid system. I constantly get non-specific binding to multiple proteins in untransformed yeast and was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. ---
